The Big Day

Please find below the details of all the goings on during the day. If you have any questions, please leave them in the comments and I will do my best to answer as quickly as I can. Please be aware that we will not be eating until quite late, so it is recommended you have a good breakfast before arriving!

Don’t worry about remembering what to do and where to be on the day. Just be sure to arrive by 12:45 and our lovely toastmaster Alan will guide you through the rest!

Schedule

12:00 pm

The bar opens! Guests are welcome to congregate in The Trafford Lounge prior to being seated for the ceremony.

12:45 pm

Guests will be guided to The Blue Room for the ceremony.

13:00 pm

We get married!

13:30 pm

Drinks reception in The Green Room. Guests will be called for photographs.

14:45 pm

Guests will be asked to make their way to The Langford Room for the wedding breakfast.

15:15 pm

Speeches from the Father of the Bride, Best man and Groom.

15:45 pm

Dinner is served. Please see the menu below.

17:15 pm

Dinner will conclude. Any guests who have not checked in will be able to do so. The bar will be open in The Trafford Lounge.

Evening guests arrive & evening disco begins

Buffet is served with the wedding cake. The festivities shall continue into the night!
