I phoned up Alfred Angelo (the dress designer/manufacturer) and made a formal complaint about the shop. I also pointed out that I had a great experience in all the other stores I visited!

The shop I bought the dress from is excellent. Really helpful & friendly, just can’t wait to wear it now!
